Jacqueline is amazing both professionally with the tutoring and in relating with her students. I am an international student who has been speaking English language all my life, but I wanted to learn the American accent. Jacqueline was able to design a course to meet my specific needs and there was tremendous reduction of my natural accent within ten weeks of classes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of classes you are looking for. We offer Business English, General ESL, Medical English, Accent Reduction and Technology based English classes. Currently there is a 10% discount for new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a 20 minute free consultation for new customers so that we can personalize the lessons for their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our tutors are TEFL certified. Tutor Jacqueline and tutor Racquel are business certified. Tutor Sarah who teaches medical English has been a nurse for over 20 years.
