I’m remiss in writing a review but found Alex to be professional. He cleaned out a clogged dryer vent and duct that hadn’t been serviced in years. He worked diligently to achieve success. In fact, I’m about to recommend him to a friend and will contacting him again for myself.

Alexey had very professionally and competently cleaned our HVAC ducts and dryer vent duct in 2022. Now he quickly diagnosed a problem with our kitchen hood vent, apparently a not commonly encountered issue. Another technician had repaired the fan just inside the hood but there was still very weak suction. As it turns out there is a 2nd more powerful blower fan up at the roof just inside the vent opening that is not operational. This unfortunately will require a different type of technician (?HVAC) to fix.

Team came back with a quote quickly and scheduled the job soon thereafter. Issue was smoke coming into the house from our fireplace and they cleaned thoroughly and explained how to ensure that does not happen again. Team was professional and a pleasure to work with.
