I called theirs help for to fix my dishwasher. I texted them within few minutes they texted me back enquiried problem about my dishwasher and told me to send the Pic of current areas. I took pics and send it to them they found out the issues with the Pic and placed the order for parts. I hope that technician name sienna he texted me to come and fix it. he completed his work quickly and silently. he does that great job. He's so professional at his work. I highly recommended and appreciated his work. future if I need any appliance and other fixtures without hesitate I will use them. Thank The Pro Team

The Technician showed up as scheduled : his knowledge was immediately apparent. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator . He explained the problem and identified the issue . He worked efficiently to make the repair . He had all the necessary tools and parts which meant no delays . The entire process took less time than I expected and he tested the fridge thoroughly before declaring the job Done . After completing the repair the technician made sure to clean up the area, which I greatly appreciated . The technician went above and beyond in terms of customer service I was extremely pleased with the entire process.

I had Edward from the ProTeam in September 2024 to fix my refrigerator that was exuding a fowl, stinky smell. I contacted them one day and received an appointment for the following day. Edward was extremely meticulous, professional, and patient. In no time he was finished and then I was left with homework to do. Within 24 hours the stench was no longer in my refrigerator nor my apartment and the outside hallway. Sorry for the late review ProTeam, but because of the excellent work done I had to write a review. Thank you ProTeam.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the affordable cost of the diagnostics which is only $49 for almost all appliances except for the AC units which is $150. The diagnostics fee will be included in the cost of the labor. We provide the advantageous warranty conditions - 6 months for the part.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, come for the diagnostics, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive the knowledges of our best European specialists. Also our technicians can receive the technicial support when they are on site.
