I had an excellent experience with using this company. A previous repair person misdiagnosed the cause of my dryer problem as a faulty control board - a much more expensive repair.
Climate Titan’s repair tech confirmed what I suspected - that it was the thermal fuse. He got the data sheet for my dryer, completely disassembled it, replaced the fuse using the part I had purchased, and put everything back in working order. He also kept everything clean and he was very efficient considering the complexity of the repair.
I wouldn’t hesitate to call these folks again
