Truly excellent service. Leo took command of my situation and provided clear directions about the tech that I needed to set-up a home office. I know very little about digital technology, and everything was clearly explained, and the technician who set-up the gear at my home was very helpful and did a lot of trouble-shooting on the spot. The service could not have been better. I very enthusiastically recommend this organization. NEW BUSINESS CUSTOMER RATE: - Promotional Rate for Business is $140 for the first 2 hours and $75 for each additional hour. After a FREE initial diagnostic, if its determined that the work exceeds 3 hours then a discounted flat rate will be offered. - Pickup, repair and drop off is $140 flat rate. NEW RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER RATE: Promotional Rate for Residential customer is $140 for the first 2 hours and $75 for each additional hour.
