Introduction

Barbara is awesome!! She is very knowledgeable and thorough! I love her technique and her cute way/words she uses to get young children to use proper form. My granddaughter loves swimming with her and asks every day if she can have another swim lesson!!!

Barbara is an awesome swim instructor! She has an excellent background as elementary teacher and swim instructor. My 3 grandchildren ages 5 7 and 8 made a lot of progress even in one lesson. We have so far taken three lessons. She had many fun games and techniques and kept them swimming and interested the whole hour. I highly recommend Barbara.

Barbara is absolutely the best - seriously if you are looking to hire a swim instructor, look no further. Our two kids (4 and 6) absolutely love her... neither swam when we started and both are now fully comfortable in the water. Highly recommend her for adults or kids of any age and experience.

I wanted to learn to swim in my own pool. Always been afraid of the water. I have had many instructors but wanted a one on one. Barbara was excellent. I even got my face in the water first time in yrs. She was caring, pleasant and patient. I'm looking forward to my next lesson.

Besides being a certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, I am also a certified Physical Education teacher k-12, ENL teacher k-12, Elementary N-6 grade teacher and have my extensions in Special Education. In addition, I am a proud member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Task Force. I am a lifelong learner and take pride in always learning new strategies to help my students achieve their goals and become confident.
