- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is $100 per 30 min. Each additional person in the class is $15.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial conversation, we will find out what days and times work best for you. The age/s of the student/s and how many times a week you would like a lesson. We like to be as accommodating as possible for our clients, which is why we ask questions when first speak to a new client. Once we have gathered all the information needed, we pair our clients with the instructor we feel will fit our clients needs the best. All our instructors are highly trained, certified and insured,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became an Adapted Aquatics Instructor and got my NSSA (Now the USSSA) certification in infant and toddler swimming to add to her WSI, First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding Instructor certifications. I'm also and a PADI Scuba Instructor’s Certified. I have a NY State Certified Teacher in Biology, Teaching Students with Disabilities Biology, Chemistry, General Science, and Art and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. All of my instructors and lifeguards are American Red Cross certified and additionally trained for 1 month in my method of teaching.
