The guys did an amazing job in my kitchen and my basement. I originally wanted just new countertops and new floors in my basement, but as the job progressed I knew I needed to take advantage of the fact that I had amazing craftsmen working in my home. They were so responsive and open with their material and labor costs I truly couldn’t resist asking them to do more jobs for me. I’m not much of a person who leaves reviews, but since they did such an amazing job I feel as though it’s important for anyone looking for a new kitchen anywhere in Nassau and and Suffolk County New York that Dimension Restoration and Construction is by far their best and most competitively priced option. I did get other quotes which the office girl Ishita suggested I do and she was right to do so. The prices I received from allure and a bunch of other kitchen and bath companies was DOUBLE what Dimension Restoration and Construction charged me. I have to say this has been hands down the easiest remodel I have ever experienced in my history of owning my home. Thank you Dimension!

Dimension Restoration & Construction is a dream to work with. I approached Ishita when my wife and I purchased land in West Hampton. Since it was a small lot, I wanted to maximize the use of the space while remaining true to the architectural vision of similar homes in the area. In addition, I wanted to blend my love of industrial modern with mid-century style while finding a way to include modern conveniences. I immediately knew after my first meeting with Ishita and Mike that they understood my vision and that the company was much more than a general contractor. They very quickly came up with plans to match our design and introduced me to all the suppliers that we would need to realize the final vision. Dimension was on top of the ordering process and managed all the materials from the start. I was also very impressed with the team of project managers assigned to my project. Unlike many general contractors, Mike and his team initiated a high and consistent level of communication with me as both client and designer. His entire staff was responsive to any request and I felt like I could contact them with any detail, big or small. Attention to detail is important to me and Dimension didnt disappoint. From the plate and drain covers to the high gloss cabinetry and appliances, the team was there to manage each aspect of this project. I can be a demanding client but I always felt that Dimension was on my side. There were several times during the renovation that I was out of town and I didnt worry that work would continue in my absence. I felt completely confident in the team and knew that I could trust them to watch over the details. Even down to the final walk-through and punch list, Dimension stayed with me and responded quickly. Additionally, the billing process was simple and painless. Although the major phase of my renovation is complete, I plan to use them for some small projects. If you are looking for high design and attention to detail, I would not hesitate to recommend Dimension Restoration & Construction.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not set pricing. We are proud to be one of only a few contractors to use Xactimate estimate writing for ALL our jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complementary 2 hour home consultation. When we arrive we listen to the customer and log all information. If the customer wishes to proceed we measure the determined work area and input all data into xactimate for an estimate to present to the customer.
