we had a crack that went all the way across our ceiling / upstairs floor was bowling in the same area. we noticed the crack was getting bigger and we needed help sooner than later. We spoke to a few contractors and Sunil stood out as the best. he was the fastest & most professional to respond; and available to work right away, he was very professional and honest the whole time. We did not want a patch up job and understood we may have to replace a support beam. Nonetheless, Sunil gave us the best price and PROPERLY fixed our ceiling/upstairs floor. mom put Sunil's information in her go-to box - relieved to "finally find a good one" - Thank you so much Sunil!

Sunil was a pleasure to work with, responsive, accommodating, and a quality job painting the metal deck, safety window bars and safety gate, intricate work that needed to be done right..looks amazing and fresh. And he was fast! but didn’t sacrifice quality. Highly recommend, and we are not easy to please!! ;)
