We used Vimal and Vair Contracting for interior and exterior work: bathroom gut remodel, exterior paint and refresh, front deck, masonry and wood fence, and garage finishing. All work was done to a high standard, and Vimal accommodated change orders in a collaborative way. He was at the work site almost all the time, and always easy to talk to and ask questions of. We found his price very fair, all his staff were nice, and very careful and respectful of our home (taking shoes off when passing through or doing small projects) especially considering we were working from home! I would not hesitate to work with Vair again.

Vair did a complete renovation of my basement apartment including a fully tiled bathroom - removal of bathtub & rebuild into walk in shower. They also renovated our upstairs bathroom; replaced all the doors in the main part of our house; painted; installed wood flooring in upstairs hall and one bedroom. We are saving up money so we can hire them to finish the other rooms!
