FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base price for mounting TVs (under 60 inch) is $115 travel distance and TVs over 60inches will be more, including wire concealment, for each add on it will be $25, also if you need me to mount multiple TVs I will discount the price, so for example if it’s two TVs that cost total $200 then I can discount $25, so you’ll only pay $175 (I was using that price as example so your estimate might be different!) for furniture I charge $50/Hr, 1.5hr minimum, because of traveling purposes, small size furniture usually takes me less than a hour to 1hr. Medium size furniture usually is 1hr-2hr and Large size furniture usually takes me 1hr 30 minutes to 3hrs depending on complexity, some may be big and simple and some may be big and have a lot of fine details which takes some time to do. When it comes to painting I charge $3 per square feet and that includes taping and sanding. When it comes to vinyl flooring I charge $5.50 per square feet. Ceramic Tiles are $7 per square foot. For fixing drywall alone is Starts at minimum $60 and depending on the size, and how much work it needs the price will go up accordingly. Additional Charges if drywall needs to be painted after.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Process of working a new customer is simple, I get some details about the project, do some research of my own incase I need to bring something which is rare, but then I show up do the job to the customers satisfactory, after that I ask them if they’d like to keep working with me so I leave my number for future tasks. (Everything is Genuine of course I never force or push).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father makes furniture from scratch professionally and he has a great amount of handy skills to add to that so I can say that I developed most of my skills watching him work and also including myself in the work. I think that the skills stuck with me because I started doing handy projects since I could remember.
