Manny responded to my request on Thumbtack within minutes. We made an appointment and he came over to give me a fair estimate. I had no idea how I wanted this project to look. Manny kindly walked with me in my neighborhood to look at my neighbors stairs and gave me the best advice. He was honest about which quality would be best for my budget. He was very patient and took the time to help me navigate through this process. Whenever I called with more questions he answered me and advise me on best options. Once I awarded him the job, he was on it. His crew showed up on time and worked nonstop until the project was completed. Even though rain slowed them down they showed up the next weather permitting day and got back to work. Manny always kept me informed. I allowed him to use his best judgement on stone and material and it matched my house perfectly. Manny also recommended a rail guy to install railing. The rail company came right after the job and measured steps and I booked him immediately. I highly recommend Manny for any masonry work. See pictures attached.
