I have been in the Food Service industry for over 20 years. I have owned a restaurant, so my expectations are high when it comes to service, as well as presentation. I have run kitchens, feeding up to 400 people at a time
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked all different types of clients. Some people know exactly what they want, down to the details and expect you to deliver. There are other clients, who are kind of just going with the flow. They will have everything there and just let you use your expertise to get it done.
