Jim was very informative about my questions and offered additional assistance if I had questions that I could just call him. I reached out and heard a response alrmost immediately. The previous owners took parts of the tv mount we needed to mount a new tv. Jim was able to provide us with a new mount and a longer hdmi cable. Our tv looks great and it was a fairly quick process. They only take cash or check so just be prepared beforehand.

Jim came in- understood the problem and then grabbed his laptop and proceeded to program a remote which has taken care of the problem I had- which was, getting our TV to emit sound through a surround-sound system. Bravo. The system continues to work well.
