Introduction

RAD Images Inc., (RI) is an events services company owned by Obinna Nwagboso. Obinna Nwagboso has worked as a freelance portrait and events photographer in New York City for 10 years. During this time, Obinna’s passion for photography has grown tremendously. He developed affinity for the lenses at a tender age of 8, capturing people’s special moments. Now, the urge by family and friends have finally paid off with the establishment of this business. RAD Images will perform general photographic/videographic work and provide disk jockeys for individuals, families, organizations, and commercial enterprises. We are a client-based photo/video/music business and as such will work round the clock based on clients’ needs, manage and capture the special moments in their lives and present them in the best possible light. RAD Images Inc. was founded on the philosophy of anticipating the photography needs of families and professional individuals alike and creating a service with a touch of quality and personal customer relationships, in response to those needs. We take pride in this and it expanded to providing quality events management. We now provide clients with great music, pictures and videos of their event and peace of mind that comes with it.

He was terrible & basically ruined our party full of 200 guests. He had all the details of the program but he didn’t implement it properly. Knowing 3 professional singers will perform who came from NYC, he doesn’t know how to operate the mixer & give reverb effects. The singer himself figured it out & sang. His sound quality was terrible as well. People couldn’t even hear normal speeches. Doesn’t know how to interact with audience & make them enjoy the program. He was supposed to bring lighting & MC but didn’t do it. Most importantly we hired him for 3 hours for $300. He stayed 3 hours 40 minutes, so we offered him $400 but he charged $500. He mentioned he needs 1 hour for setup for which he doesn’t charge. So my party started at 6:30pm so I asked him to be there at 5:30 for his set up & all. So from 6:30 to 10:10 it’s 3 hours 40 minutes it comes less than $400 But he overcharged & got $500 from us. And he has zero manners. Overall the experience was horrible & we’ll never recommend him at all.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive with other high-quality professional videographers in the area, but digital files are delivered affordably by removable drives or free by email. Prices are based per hour or on the product package that suits the customer's needs. A special for the first project is a regular feature of our pricing structure. This is offered with the intent of getting more business on an ongoing basis as clients. For example, location individual portraitures are at $100 each. Multiple pose portraitures at location within 30 minutes travel time to client will attract a per hour session fees at $200 per hour, wedding photo coverage packages start at $1,000 and DJ services start at $150 per hour. Our value added is in our programs to capture memorable events or the growth of the family.
