Chris was extremely nice, kind, and professional. He came promptly, cleaned out my fireplace and even took the time to wait for me to go buy batteries so that he can make sure he solved the issue for me. I have been looking everywhere to find someone who actually knows what they are doing to look at it and not try to get me to buy a whole new system, so I definitely appreciated Chris's honesty. 100% recommend!!

I would have given them 5 stars because i thought they did good work and was a stand up company but i found out something different. They installed a chimney liner with a cap Jan 27th 2024 they had to remove some debris from my chimney first what I wasnt informed of was that they would be leaving that debris and other materials from the work on my property in a cheap thin black bag which busted open when i lifted it because it was full of heavy dirt and stuff from the chimney. Then in feb when there was very high winds i came home to see the chimney cap laying in my driveway it had flew off the chimney im just glad it didnt hit my car and bust my windshield but i have been calling Chris and the company number since feb and leaving messages for them to come repair the chimney cap and i havent gotten a response back yet and we are in April.. This is very annoying because when i was looking to get the work done they kept communication with me until the day they came to do the work and know i cant get anyone on the phone not even a receptionist which i have spoken to before to get in touch with Chris i have even went as far as contacting them on thumbtack where i original found them on and they haven't even responded back but they did when i was first look for someone to do the work. I wouldnt recommend this company because once they do the work theres no more communication even though they claim you have a lifetime warranty on their work.... Their company name should be "Reliable chimney until after we do the work"
