I recently hired Dream Coase Construction (Brian) for a small home renovation project. While the price was reasonable and they were available to start immediately, I was ultimately disappointed with the quality of their work. The flooring was poorly installed, with noticeable gaps and uneven planks. The trim finish was also poor, showing visible gaps and rough edges. Unfortunately, the quick availability and fair pricing did not make up for the lack of attention to detail and craftsmanship. I would not recommend their services based on my experience. For some reason, I'm unable to upload photos to the site, but will do so once possible.

Hello Alon, I am saddened to see your review on thumbtack. It is unfortunate that at our initial estimate I told you the flooring would look poor without replacing it, then in my estimate email and contract I mention how it will not look right but will do what you want me to do, and then you are disappointed with the final product. I suppose it is my fault for accepting the job because I knew you would be disappointed but was trying to do what you wanted for the price you wanted. Though you say you will never hire us again, if you ever wish to get the trim and floor done right, please let me know.

I am editing my initial review after the job was marked as complete. The door frame was not leveled properly by the second guy who took over from Josh and it won't shut right. I reached out to Josh immediately and then after more than 3 times and each time he promised he will be there soon, but never showed up to fix the problem. I gave enough time and notice telling him that I would change my feedback. Still did not fix the problem yet. I still believe Josh is very professional and nice but looks like his priorities are elsewhere.
