We had our front porch redone and couldn’t be happier with the results! Brian was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We had a couple of issues come up during the project but they were able to quickly pivot and come up with a solution and even better option than originally planned. We would definitely love to work with them again on future projects!

I recently hired Dream Coase Construction (Brian) for a small home renovation project. While the price was reasonable and they were available to start immediately, I was ultimately disappointed with the quality of their work. The flooring was poorly installed, with noticeable gaps and uneven planks. The trim finish was also poor, showing visible gaps and rough edges. Unfortunately, the quick availability and fair pricing did not make up for the lack of attention to detail and craftsmanship. I would not recommend their services based on my experience. For some reason, I'm unable to upload photos to the site, but will do so once possible.

I am saddened to see your review on thumbtack. It is unfortunate that at our initial estimate I told you the flooring would look poor without replacing it, then in my estimate email and contract I mention how it will not look right but will do what you want me to do, and then you are disappointed with the final product. I suppose it is my fault for accepting the job because I knew you would be disappointed but was trying to do what you wanted for the price you wanted. Though you say you will never hire us again, if you ever wish to get the trim and floor done right, please let me know.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Dream Coast Construction. From the estimate to the completion of the job it was a wonderful experience. They are honest, reliable and kept me informed of the progress of the project every step of the way. They did an amazing job and we absolutely love our updated three season room.
