- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not particularly. Standard pricing works on single replacement items or products sold. We sell a service that comes with a product and it is the service (how and what is involved with getting the job done) that mostly determines the price. A customer sometimes already knows what door or faucet etc... that they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer, understand their needs and wants, identify a solution and provide an estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years in the industry. Owner/operator personally and highly experienced in the Electrical, Plumbing and construction trades alleviating the need to hire subs most of the time and always having several solutions at ready for the customer.
