I enjoyed my time with Frank. He taught me the strokes well as a competitive swimmer. He is great with communication too.

Working with Frank was a positive experience, when there were disputes between customers, Frank maintained a professional demeanor and resolved conflicts that satisfied both parties. He greets customers with respect and always with a positive attitude. The way he instructed was amazing, as he always paid attention to what each individual student needed and how they could improve.

FAQs

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Great question! whenever talking to a swim instructor/coach, it is beneficial for both parties to know any prior experience you or the individual has to swimming or in a pool setting. A good example: A customer might have had a bad experience being in water. It is important to take your time and help the customer grow comfortable in a pool setting or in water. Bad experiences vary on the individual, so its important to listen to their experience and help them see past that.
