Our focus is quality. We never cut corners and we take pride in our work. We have been doing hot tub and swimming pool repair work for 6 years. We also do swimming pool openings in the spring and winter closings in the fall for all types of swimming pools and hot tubs. We have a second home in Hudson valley with a stunning pool. We had hired another company to clean and maintain it since April (it’s now end of June)- it started CLEAN & clear and within the first month, it started to turn green. That company insisted they were doing everything they could. They also charged us for extra cleanings and then ultimately told me I needed to spend $3500 on a new pump. - They lied through their teeth for months - charging extra for things that were not done. - The day before we said yes, and went ahead with the new pump we had MDL stop by for a second opinion. Within MINUTES he responded, scheduled to visit and asses the pool. He then called right away and let us know that the other company had in fact NEVER ADDED ANY CHEMICALS- they also DIDNT SET THE JETTS TIMERS CORRECTLY ANDDDD (the kicker) the pump was 1 year old and worked great. He came up with a plan of action and took the lead on getting us back on track RIGHT AWAY. For THOUSANDS of dollars less. We are absolutely floored how professional smart and attentive MDL is!!!!!! Don’t look any further- these guys are the real deal. Ps: the other company is Magestic Pool And Spa. Don’t make the mistakes we made!
