To start our session, I want to learn about what you're hoping to achieve with hypnosis. We'll talk about your goals, and I'll explain how hypnosis works so you feel comfortable and informed.
Next, I'll guide you into a deeply relaxed state – think of it like a focused daydream. In this state, you'll gain access to your subconscious mind, the part of your brain that's much more receptive to positive change. While you're in this state, I'll offer suggestions designed to support your goals, whether you're working to reduce stress, change a habit, or find greater clarity.
