- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m located at 198-10 linden Blvd I prefer for my clients to travel to me especially for hair services. However if there is an event and you absolutely need travel the fee starts at $20
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself of course, I always ask for the look they’re going for and what add on’s they would like (ex: false lashes). I give them what we call a consultation asking about they’re skin type and texture I’ll also ask for a photo so i can access there skin tone and undertone! If a client decides to book with me my process is always the same. I ask the client what is she/he is going for and ask for photos, I’ll also send photos to better confirm if I’m the best stylist for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Cosmetology school in 2017 NYS requires 1,000 of training involving hair skin and nail services, the first half of the training I spent learning in depth about hair skin and nails, the next half was spent performing these services for clients under the supervision of a licensed educator. After completing 1,000 hours I went and took two exams, passed them both, and I am now a licensed cosmetologist!
