Raqkeem was utilized to remove an old cracked toilet and install a new one. Upon arrival he quickly removed the old toilet and installed the new one. He was finished within 90 minutes after having to run to a local hardware store. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him for this type of service or any other handyman service.

Rocky helped me fix the shower valve. I have an issue with my shower - the water temperature cannot be adjusted correctly. After I entered my project and shared several photos, Rocky contacted me immediately. He explained to me the potential problem and came to my house the next day with a new carriage. It turned out that part is not the issue or not the only issue, so Rocky went to a local store and got the second part. This time it worked out perfectly! The price is reasonable and he’s nice to talk to. I will consider to work with him again.

I had a clogged toilet, which is usually not a big deal to solve, but this time around a regular plunger would not fix the problem. This was during the night, which meant I had to look for a plumber who worked after regular hours. I used Google to find the top rated "24 hr" plumbers near me, and chose three. I went with the first one, and they assured me that someone would be there within the hour. An hour came and went, but no plumber showed up. I called back the dispatcher, but no one answered. I tried the two other places, but got no answer. I tried three more plumbing places without success. Then it dawned on me that I could use Thumbtack. I logged in, described my problem, and searched for plumbers. Rocky was at the top of the list. Not only that, but he was online at the time. I sent him a message, to which he responded within a couple of minutes. He assured that he could be at my place in about an hour. We agreed on a price, and he said he was on his way. He arrived on time with the appropriate tools. Within 15-20 minutes, the toilet was operational again. No muss, no fuss. Would definitely use him again if the need arises.
