- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the nature of the project, the communication process may vary. For smaller projects, email correspondence is typically utilized, unless the client specifically requests an on-site meeting, which incurs no additional charges. Conversely, for larger projects, we typically arrange an on-site appointment to facilitate a personal introduction, thorough discussion of project specifics, and confirmation of existing conditions.
