First of all, Paul and Jared were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly beyond comprehension! They saved me from making a potentially disastrous flooring selection that but for the grace of their expertise, would have cost me thousands more in the long run. As a first time homebuyer, I've discovered that there are no shortage of tradespeople that show up, do a job, and leave without the simple consideration of the longevity of their services. FlooredAtHome was a breath of fresh air and wanted, needed to make sure the job was done correctly, efficiently and beautifully the FIRST time. I knew, hardwood flooring was the best decision I could make for my home and have no doubt in my mind that FlooredAtHome was the best decision I could've made in getting them installed. I would hire them in a heartbeat for a future project. You should too.

My wife and I needed to re-finish the hard wood floors in our 1,800 sq foot home in Westchester, NY. Floored At Home did an absolutely spectacular job from start to finish. Everything was planned and executed in a precise and professional manner. There were no surprises and the pricing was competitive. The sanding, staining, and poly processes were all executed beautifully and in a very timely manner. We were walked through every step of the way and given lots of different options. They were also very responsive and easy to get in touch with. This is a REAL review from a very satisified customer - I was told they would even use pictures of my floor for their website. All in all, I could not have been happier with the job they did refinishing my floors. Use these guys for any flooring job you have.

After several floor refinishers told me our 130 year old floors could not be saved, I received an email from the guys at Floored At Home. The first line said “This sounds like a great project,” and I knew we had finally found the ones to do the job. The results are exactly as I hoped! They secured all loose boards and replaced splintered ones with new pine that they sanded and stained and blended right in with the old. Zoltan and Peter and Paul are true professionals and preservers of history. Highly recommend!

We just bought a house and 2 bedrooms had carpet; and in one room, there was tiles underneath the carpet; and underneath all that was hardwood! We contacted Josh, and after a quick reply, he came and gave us a fair quote. To save some money, my husband and I removed the carpet and tiles. The day they came to refinish the floors, I was nervous that the tiled hardwood was a lost cause because of the amount of glue that was left over. But they were miracle workers! A few hours later, both rooms were stripped and the hardwood looked brand new. We had originally decided not to do the hallway but after the rooms were completed, we didn't like the transition. Josh was very willing to help rectify the situation by sending his guys back the following week to refinish the hallway space. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the work done, will recommend to my friends, and will def use them again when we are ready to refinish our main floors!

A waste of time. Very good at responding quickly and setting and coming for the estimate but after that they totally ghosted me even after I reached out to them several times to give them the work. The estimator said he would get back to me with a final price the next morning , 2 days later nothing?

We truly appreciate your interest in working with us, and we regret that our follow-up didn’t meet your expectations. We had given you our pricing on Saturday, and as discussed were open to a further review as requested. Unfortunately, a scheduling conflict delayed our response. You spoke with another team member on Monday, and we tried reaching out again on Tuesday, leaving multiple voicemails, but even a week later have been unable to reconnect.
