Introduction
My background in dance and fitness coupled with my work with meditation and healing give me a well-rounded approach to asana practice for optimum holistic results. I am hands on and build the practice from where you are in your body and not where you are in your mind. Teaching yoga is unlike any other relationship you could have professionally. It gives me the opportunity to make an instant connection with individuals where there is no hierarchy, but just simple sharing of who we are.

Daniella is an amazing person, and has a lot to teach. Her classes are the best, and she introduced Yoga to me. No one else explains better than her Yoga, is super easy to follow her classes. She has a soothing voice and is a very intelligent person very easy to connect. We love her, me and my daughter . My daughter is a Surf champion who has received personal lessons by Daniella at the beach before and after surfing. Daniella is just the best!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was heartbroken

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Let yourself have the experience. Allow yourself to be taken on a journey toward understanding not only the practice, but also your own mind and body in the practice. Follow your breath

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I have a beginner's mind. I know you come from a place of understanding what this body you were given has the potential to do, and maybe not the certainty that you can do all the asanas you have seen others do. I know you are uncertain and eager at the same time. Step back and allow yourself the discovery of yoga without judgement and you will find yourself unfold. And mostly, follow your breath first. It is your link to life and has the potential, if you tap into it, to enrich your practice and your life.
