- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
. Pricing considers quiet, private work environment with stairs. Parking availability. Reduced rates for 2 (or 3) sessions in succession. If You supply 2 sheets and 2 towels this reduces the hourly rate. 90 minute sessions available. Regular, Weekly sessions are less expensive per hour, than every other week or monthly sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I must have name, address, date of birth, contact information and emergency contact information. In order for my treatment to be most effective I ask what kind of work they do and how much stress there is, either physical or emotional. I like to know how much exercise they're getting. I like to know how long their condition has existed. I like to know if there are any other health conditions and what medications, if any, are being taken. I like to know the pain level, if any. I like to know the goals, if any, there are. I like to know what other forms of therapy have been used and the length of time that has been committed to those other therapies as well as the results and effectiveness of those therapies. I like to know how much time and effort that they are willing to commit to Massage Therapy. I like to know if contacts are worn and if there are any skin allergies to creams, etc
