Q: How do you determine pricing for your painting services, and do I need a site visit for an estimate? A: At Affordable Home Care, we pride ourselves on our transparent pricing model, which allows us to provide you with clear and straightforward estimates over the phone in most instances. FOR EXAMPLE: Our standard painting services, we have established a simple pricing structure: - $199 per room for rooms up to 120 square feet (with a 2-room minimum). Service Includes all Walls, 2 sets of perimeter window moldings, up to 4" base molding around the whole perimeter of the room and the perimeter door molding. ( Customer Supplies Paint ) - For any additional square footage over 120 square feet, we charge $1 per square foot. This price of $1 per square foot applies to the Molding and the walls if it exceeds the maximum of 120 square feet. ( Customer Supplies The Paint ) This means that if you have a room that exceeds 120 square feet, we can quickly calculate the total cost based on its dimensions, ensuring you receive an accurate estimate without the need for a site visit. To get started, simply give us a call and provide the following information: 1. The number of rooms you need painted. 2. The dimensions of each room. 3. Any specific requirements, such as the type of moldings or additional features you'd like included. Once we have this information, we can give you a price quote over the phone.
