I cannot say enough how happy I am to have found John’s Clean Outs and Property Preservation, inc! He was extremely helpful, efficient, and thorough! We had just recently moved and accumulated way too much junk living in one place for 10 years. We had filled our garage with all this stuff & garbage and needed it gone! This was my first time ever using thumbtack for anything and I am SO glad I did. I sent my request out, John contacted me within a few minutes, and then job was done the very next day! I have already referred John’s Clean Outs to other people and we plan to use him again in the near future.

We needed some furniture removed. I contacted John and he got back to me quickly. We agreed on a time and he arrived on time and moved the items out of our home quickly and with no damage to the house. Working with John was a pleasure. Price quoted was fair for the work. We would not hesitate to use his services again.
