What I appreciated most about Steven was his communication! He was quick to respond to my initial request for assistance and stayed in touch while we were waiting for a part. I had a complicated issue that the previous owner left me to deal with but Steven found a solution. He takes pride in his work and will not half-ass the job. I will call him back for any plumbing needs.

Stephen did an excellent job of removing my old water heater and installing my new one including an expansion valve and two new ball valves. His piping work ended up looking almost like a work of art. I highly recommend him.
