We had a blocked main sewer line, causing overflow into our basement whenever toilets flushed. Turned out to be tree roots growing into the main line which Peter was able to clear quickly. Peter was very up front about the costs, providing a range of suggested work including a good, better and best option after an inspection. In our case the budget was tight so we opted for "good" and will be pursuing his "best" suggestions when able. I generally prefer to do most of my own home maintenance myself, both for the savings and the skill building, so I have to say I really appreciated Peter's patience with my questions throughout the process, better equipping me to handle future issues, and helping me better understand the line between a DIY and pro scenario.
