After interviewing several bathroom remodelers, I decided to do it myself and Mike agreed to help me on an hourly basis. I knew it was a big job and we spent the better part of January tearing out, constructing, installing and finishing our master bathroom. We removed the whirlpool and single stall shower, the tile floor and subfloor, vanity top, old doors. Built new walls, insulated the walls, redid the plumbing, installed a full walk-in Onyx shower, new shelving area, new doors, new vanity top, new tile floor with radiant floor heating. Mike was reliable, hard working - never quit day after day, Showed up on time and finished on time. He was very flexible and as can be expected, we ran into a few unexpected things and had to problem solve to move forward. High quality handyman is a bit understated. He is a quality professional with broad experience.

Replace rollers on old, heavy patio door. Came in advance to review job. Set date and estimate. Arrived on time and completed the job on schedule and on estimated cost. Had the requisite tools and cleaned up. Personable and pleasant.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard labor charge for projects other than roofing is $40/hr. However, pricing may vary slightly depending on the nature of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically new customers reach out to us either through outside advertising or referral. We then meet with our customers to assess their individual needs and specific wants as they pertain to the project. After a plan and outcome is agreed upon we work up an estimate for cost and time frame for completion. We then complete the project promptly and professionally.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 25+ years experience in the remodeling, construction and roofing trades. We are EPA certified Lead-Safe Renovators.
