I LOVE what I do for 25 years of service, but the most I do enjoy is working with my costumers in most fast and professional way! Alex was great and performed a White Glove delivery for us in NY. These pieces need to be delivered and handled with care. We are so grateful for Alex and his team, as they were the only company willing to transport this console for us from Rochester down to Canandaigua, and then unload the heavy unit, bring it into the customers home and room of choice, unwrap and unpack the console, and also take away all the packaging and debris. He is very communicative and trustworthy and we couldn't have done this without his help! We are a group of artisans in a San Diego, CA workshop who meticulously handcraft HiFi Record Console Players. Each Wrensilva Record Console is made to order in house with high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design decisions that take our products out of the norm, elevating them beyond furniture pieces to something that's part of your music life for generations. This was a great experience. The team took great care of my items while moving them. They were in contact with me and showed up right on time and they were quick. Even helped out with one addl added item that I added to the move last minute. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. I’d definitely hire again. They do great work.
