- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are fair, competitive and reflects the quality of the services we offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a trusting relationship. Making sure we completely understand what the client wants done and we go over our expectations as well. In some cases these conversations are on the phone or at the client's residence during the walk through. If all questions has been answered, we email an estimate. if approved, we proceed to scheduling a day and time for the job to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained 12 years cleaning experience from my previous employers.
