- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our pricing fair and straightforward. Every home is different, so we usually give a free estimate after learning what you need. We don’t charge any surprise fees, and we’re always up front. We do offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we try our best to work within your budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we usually start with a quick phone call or message to understand what you need. Then we’ll either give you a quote based on that, or set up a time to come take a look. Once we agree on everything, we schedule the cleaning and show up on time ready to get to work. We always check in after the first visit to make sure you’re happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our training comes from hands-on experience. Over the years, I’ve learned the best techniques, products, and routines that actually work in real homes. I also stay updated on new cleaning methods and safe, effective products to use in different spaces.
