Mr. Biggs charges $75 to come out and give an estimate. I did hire him,providing a substantial amout to get started. He didnt call or didn't show up the following wednesday. I had to f/u with him, in which he said that he ordered me a different item thqn we discussed. It would be in saturday. Come Monday, still havent heard from him. I had to reach out again to him. He offered to give me my money back, which i thought was strange since he said he would take the work. At this point, i had him return the deposit, in which he took not only his $75, but another $25. For what i have no idea. He said i was impatient, all i wanted was a bit if communication.

I’m sorry you feel that way but once again patient is the key. I just spoke to you on Friday. If the mail didn’t come Saturday, it was going to come Monday afternoon. I called you multiple times but didn’t answer, but you are quick to run to a review. I returned your money because I don’t want to keep going back-and-forth with you you’re giving me a hard time 2 days

Very unprofessional. He accepted the job that we discussed and told me he was on his way. He never showed up. Never called/ texted nothing. I called the number several times and no answer. I called from a different phone number and he answered pretending to be someone else. Horrible! I would not recommend.
