Renovated a 1840’s house. Kyle did a great job with the gutting as well as the finish work. Specifically the crown moldings which are a challenge in older homes and the porch exceeded our expectations.

Kyle redid the tile in our entryway and added a small sink to our tiny half bath off of it. He did an excellent job. He listened to exactly what we were hoping for and gave great insight into how to make it work. He also helped us fix our ceiling from a leak repair that had created a hole. Him and his team were wonderful. I'd highly recommend Kyle!

It is fair; I line item everything with descriptions, so it would be evident if I were to miss something and need to edit pricing Discounts to seniors, veterans, those who refer me for future work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I know that every interaction with a new customer can lead to another new customer. I take everyone at their word. I let new customers know the process in terms of receiving a quote, when a project can commence and the duration to completion.

20 years work experience, mechanical engineering degree, a PE license
