- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is fair; I line item everything with descriptions, so it would be evident if I were to miss something and need to edit pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and know that every interaction with a new customer can lead to another new customer, so I would never burn any bridges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience, formal training with wedi shower systems, mechanical engineering degree and 7 yr work experience which helps with load bearing walls and framing
