DJ Dev saved our wedding. We had gone with a different DJ and we’re waiting for him to get us a contract. It was a week before the wedding and we had not heard from that DJ. I called DJ Dev who I spoke to a few weeks earlier. He remembered me, remembered the event remembered everything we talked about and was available to do our wedding. And he was awesome at the wedding. He was amazing. Everybody loved him. We are so happy that he was able to make it such a great event.

I’ve known Devin since kindergarten and have always admired his music taste. As adults, I had the chance to see him DJ at various venues, and it was always clear he had a real gift for reading a room and creating an unforgettable vibe. So when I got engaged, there was truly no one else I wanted to DJ my wedding. Hiring a friend for such an important part of the day could have been risky, but Devin was professional, organized, and thoughtful from the very start. Over the course of the year leading up to the wedding, we stayed in close contact and shared updates. He went above and beyond by proactively reaching out to my venues and even taking tours so he could be fully familiar with the setup. As the wedding date approached, we met to go over the schedule and playlist, and that conversation alone made me even more excited for the big day. It felt like he had read my mind when it came to the exact vibe I wanted. On the wedding day itself, Devin handled all of the sound for our ceremony at our first venue flawlessly. Everything was seamless. At our separate reception venue, he curated a dinner playlist so good that multiple guests were Shazam-ing songs at their tables. And then came the reception. I got married in August, and months later people still come up to me to say he was the best DJ they’ve ever experienced and I couldn’t agree more. The dance floor was packed from the very beginning until the bitter end. There were dance-offs. People were begging for an encore. Five hours simply wasn’t enough time. If you’re thinking about working with Devin, do yourself and your guests a favor and hire him but only if you want people to remember your wedding as the most fun they’ve ever had.
