Mark and his wife, Michelle created a terrific spaghetti dinner at a fundraiser for my son. The food and the service was amazing. They are very personable and sweet people who only want the best for the customer and the event. You won't be disappointed when you deal with Mark

My hubby and I had Mark and Michelle Mistretta cater my son's baby shower at our home. They did a fabulous job!! WAY WAY beyond expectations. The food was AMAZING!!!! The women that attended still rave about "the spread" and quality of the food. Some very skinny women could be spotted going up for "seconds". We highly recommend them. Like it was said before, try em out...you won't be disappointed!!!!

we love surprise parties they are soo much fun!!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
we catered an event for the university of Rochester this summer. we served over 160 people without an incident and sometimes in any catered event something can go not so right .I did get a lot of compliments on our professionalism that made me very proud!!
