FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate for bartenders will range between $35-75.00 per hour per bartender with a four hour minimum. Hourly rate for servers is determined based on guest count and type of dinner service. Gratuity is not included in above rate. We are licensed bartenders compliant with all rules and regulations required by the New York State Liquor Authority. We do not operate cash or self serve bars. If venue/Host requires liquor liability insurance, a policy will be purchased and cost is billed on final invoice. Cost is based on guest count. Final bill is calculated prior to event end. Additional charges may be incurred due to added hours, items purchased and extra services requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer responds to my quote, I will email with more of an introduction and ask a few questions about what they are looking for. An initial meeting is set up for the hosts, and expectations and plans for their event is discussed. A follow up proposal will be sent and if all parties agree, a deposit is required to hold the date - the planning goes from there! The consultation is FREE and clients are under no obligation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
