Viktor was extremely responsive when I texted him re my dryer. He came over in 1/2 hour and assessed what repairs were needed. He ordered the needed parts and as soon as he received them he texted me to set the day and time to begin work. When he arrived I asked him if he could also reattach my ceiling fan and he said of course and did so after the dryer repair. I now have a great handyman/technician to call on and I am ever so grateful! He's also very personable and and punctual!
