Viktor Was able to get to the house that afternoon and look at the issue with the refrigerator. He even contacted his next customer and let them know he would be late. He found the issue and gave us options. He needed to talk with his partner and said he would get back to us in the evening and he did. He kept us very aware of what he was doing while he was looking at the problem and advised us of next steps.
