I cannot say enough good things about the incredible service we received from JN Wildlife Solutions. My mom had a serious mouse infestation in her home, and the team went above and beyond to tackle the issue thoroughly. From start to finish, Nick and Jamie were not only professional but also friendly and genuinely caring about getting the job done right.
What stood out to me right away was that JN Wildlife Solutions was the only company I contacted that doesn’t use poisons. I was extremely concerned about the potential risks of using poison, such as leaving dead mice in the walls or accidentally harming other wildlife and birds in the area. It was such a relief to know that their methods are safe, effective, and environmentally friendly.
Nick and Jamie took the time to carefully assess the situation, locating the extensive infestation, removing all contaminated nesting debris, and sanitizing the area. They didn’t just patch things up – they went the extra mile by identifying and sealing off every possible entry point where the mice had been getting in. Their service includes a 1-year warranty, giving us additional peace of mind knowing that the problem was fully addressed. Plus, they restored the insulation, ensuring that the house is as comfortable and safe as it should be.
They did such a fabulous job at my mom’s house that I had them complete preventative work at my own home to seal off any potential entry points and prevent any future issues. It’s rare to find a company that’s so proactive about not only solving the immediate problem but also preventing future ones. Nick and Jamie were fantastic to work with – always courteous, respectful, and genuinely invested in doing the job right.

There was a squirrel that worked its way into the wall of my son’s (10 months) room. JN Wildlife Solutions took the call immediately after expressed the urgency in the matter. They were there with a couple of hours, squirrel was removed and the outside was patched up within an hour. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was quick, clean and efficient. I didn’t know these services existed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a similar issue
