I will certainly call Mike again for any plumbing needs. Although we hired a plumber we'd previously worked with, Mike's estimate was fair. He answered questions and followed up promptly. When we told him that we went with our past plumber, Mike was understanding. He was so professional that I plan to hire him for future plumbing issues. Mike and his team were great from the moment I made contact. I had an old delta style shower valve that a ball type system with springs, etc. Simply, it was old and could not just be swapped. I sent him photos and he knew what needed to be done. He came as promised earlier than on time, with all the tools and equipment needed to replace the old shower valve and install a new type that has a cartridge now instead of those old ball type valves. I can always replace the delta kit with new ones now and they are all compatible. He used his own material and all. It was worth it from my perspective. He finished the job, tested everything, taught me some things, and cleaned up. He told me if anything doesn’t seem right after a week, a month, or even 1 year to call him back. Thanks for fixing my shower in a timely and efficient manner. It was nice to meet you. Any plumbing needed I’d call him!
