Eric and his tech Riseld are excellent to work with. My HVAC unit was leaking and he was able to repair it the day after I contacted them. In addition, he pointed out there was black mold growing!! He was able to power wash it the same day. My ac unit is as good as new!! Very satisfied with the service provided.

Eric was professional, courteous, and took time to explain everything. It was a simple fix, he did not try to up sale me on unnecessary services and repairs. (Which I have found with previous contractors). Reasonably priced and didn’t leave any mess. Highly recommend.

I called Eric and he scheduled an appointment with me right away. I needed my thermostat repaired. He came by and did an evaluation. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to diagnose my issue right away. He gave me a quote that was fair and I agreed to the terms. Eric was able to fix the thermostat- wiring issue and everything worked to perfection after. I even called him back to bleed my heaters two days later. I will definitely hire him again!
