We brought Zoltan in for a ton of work on our main floor, basement, and backyard. We needed drains installed, electrical upgraded, full cosmetic overhaul of first floor including new kitchen, and more. Zoltan brought in his plumber and electrician as well which was a major selling point for us. The quality of the behind wall work was good and the main living area and kitchen turned out beautifully. Our flooring situation was challenging and Zoltan made sure it turned out perfect. He sought to save us money where possible (within reason) which we appreciated. He is very communicative and always easy to reach, honest and punctual. Overall great job. Thank you!

Zoltan and his team are great to work with. His priority is to make the client happy! They opened up one of my closets (which I’ve been trying to do for years) and also built my TV/fireplace wall which looks amazing! His pricing is very reasonable and he even installed my TV for free! Would definitely recommend!

I contracted with Zoltan the beginning of January to do a total renovation of my coop apartment to subsequently sell. To say I was skeptical after several bad experiences with previous contractors would be an understatement. Of the 5 I contacted, I received 3 bids with Zoltan’s being the best overall proposal. I have to say I was overwhelmingly impressed by the quality of his work. He started the project on time and would have finished on time had the stone company not cracked the marble countertop upon delivery. He was always on time every day. He was meticulous in the detail of his work and did not only meet my expectations but exceeded anything I could have hoped for. Anyone looking to hire a contractor or needs work done in their home should not pass on hiring Zoltan. He is the best

My husband and I highly recommend Zoltex LLC. We are not new to doing renovations. Having renovated virtually every part of our home in the past 15 years. This means we also have had our fair share of dealing with contractors of all trades and specialties, and of all different character types. After getting 2 feet of water in September 2021 it was the basements turn. After some estimates from past contractors we used and ones that were recommended, we decided to try someone new, someone we hope to maintain a relationship with. Our standards are very high. We have realized the value in good craftsmanship, and quality material. Zoltex LLC proposal was in the middle of all the estimates we received. It was the good honest nature of Zoltan the owner that made us choose his firm. It was his good communication that also was a factor. We also ran a background check and did our due diligence to review his work. In our experience there are ALWAYS things that come up. Whether it be the uncovering of a deeper problem or just the sloppy nature in which wiring is run in the walls and ceiling. So we needed to work with someone that was flexible and was not going to hammer us over the head with costs should we run into issues. He and his worker I believe is Mauricio arrived everyday at 830Am and left a 5PM. They did a very nice clean job that had a lot of tricky things besides for the standard things like sheet rock and paint. We needed a trap door created in the floor to hide a drain. The floor is actually pitched to this drain making it slightly tricky to lay the title, and also hide the trap door. We needed some outlets moved and repositioned. And of course in the middle of the renovations changed some things and added some things which all added to the time on the job. We received a fair price for those extras. He kept to his time table in getting work done and completed everything that was asked. He even did a few things that he never charged for which was appreciated. We will definitely use Zoltex LLC again and recommend that you at least let him give you an estimate. Reply Reply All Forward
