Welcome to Sherry's GlamUp! It's been a passion of mine since I was 13 years old to help make people feel and look good! I fell in love doing my own hair since I was 11 years old and wanted to open my own salon! I grew up doing my family and friends' hair! As the years went on, I fell in love doing makeup as well! Now I am the complete package deal! I am a creative and outgoing hair and makeup artist with a proven track record of success and client satisfaction in providing professional cosmetic services. Skilled with hair and makeup for productions, photoshoots, fashion shows, individual clients, and bridal. I am also a PUBLISHED certified hairstylist and makeup artist by New York State.

Sherry was amazing. She did hair and makeup for my entire family. I loved how she listened to what we wanted and we all looked so beautiful!!! My mother in law loved her hair and my nieces loved their makeup!!! My daughter looked so beautiful for her Bat Mitzvah!!! I requested to keep my makeup natural and Sherry did just that!!! I highly recommend !!

Sherry and her assistant were great! I booked them for bridal party! It was for 2 bridesmaids, 2 junior bridesmaides and a flower girl. They did our hair and makeup. They came on time, and did a beautiful job. Listened to what we want and made us feel comfortable and happy! The hair and makeup was beautiful and lasted for the whole day from 10am until midnight!

Sherry was an absolute pleasure to work with! I was considering doing my own hair and makeup for my wedding day, but sheesh I had no idea what I was doing lol. So, last minute I decided on hiring a makeup artist. From my first contact on Thubtack, she was very responsive, replying to all my questions in a manner which was inviting, and ultimately creating a trust building rapport. Only a few days before my wedding, I sent her some inspo pictures, and she did an amazing job on my makeup and hair! She also did a great job calming my pre wedding jitters. We shared a couple of laughs as we had some life stories in common. She is very personable, and incredibly skilled. I am sooo glad I decided on Sherry!

Sherry is such an amazing artist. Whenever I’ve gotten my hair and makeup done I was never satisfied with the results. Not this time! Sherry did such an excellent job on my look I couldn’t stop smiling, she made me feel so beautiful. Not only did she do such wonderful work but it lasted all night! I took these photos at midnight after dancing and drinking all night. Her work is incredible, I’ll definitely be working with her again. She’s an amazing!
