- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really don't. We believe in our message and that it has been life changing for some of our clients. We try to work within reason with our clients budget and scope of our involvement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone consult so that we can get feedback regarding a clearer purpose and audience demographics. Additionally, most are clients are new to hiring a speaker so we try to guide to ensure they look like a rock star!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a worthless degree in International Finance and countless hours of studying aerobatics, shark behavior, human nature etc. When you are in charge of motivating 12 Australian bobsledders knowing that only 6 will make the Olympics you get a Doctorate in Human Nature :)
