- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $99 Service charge to come out and assess the issue or for estimates. Service calls are $99 plus the cost of the project. If it’s a larger project we charge $99 to come out for the estimate, to compensate for time, fuel and operating expenses, if you choose us for the job the service charge will be deducted from the total cost of the project as a thank you for choosing us for your project. There is processing charger for all payments with a card. We try to be as transparent as possible so you can understand if we are the right fit for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get information for the customer via pictures or videos if we can’t immediately make it to the customer to scope out the job. Assess the situation, give the the customer options with various fixes, and prices to fit their budget, let the customer know if it’s something that we can do same day or if we have to schedule it for a later date. Write it up on a contract and get the work done. We try to keep it simple and streamline for the ease for everyone involved.
